Who Am I and Why Should You Listen To Me?

Well my name is Adam Keane and I am the owner here at Unlimited Fitness.

My vision was to build a fitness studio where parents and people over 30 could come and train if they weren't comfortable in a regular gym.

I never liked the typical attitude within regular commercial gyms and how off putting it could be for people, so I wanted to build a community where you could come and train, enjoy your workout and not feel intimidated.

I wanted to build a studio that didn't have mirrors, a gym that had fun, but somewhere you still put the work in. 

A place where people could come and not feel judged or intimidated. 

I wanted a gym where there were no posers, no big ego, no selfies and none of the negative aspects associated with the fitness industry.

And over the last 5 years I have been lucky enough to coach 100s of people just like this and be a part of their fitness journey.

I believe that your health and fitness should be an enjoyable and sustainable part of your life and I'm here to help you do that.

Over the years I have fine tuned what works and I know what you need.

As a parent, husband and business owner I know what it's like to be busy and try to incorporate health and fitness into your life, so I understand your struggles.
